Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard carrier coverage may be included with some shipments. If additional insurance or special shipping arrangements are needed, please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.
Oversized, Heavy, or Special-Handling Items
Some bulk orders, oversized items, unusually shaped items, or heavy items may require an adjustment to the shipping amount quoted at checkout.
If an adjustment is necessary, Cobra Performance will contact you before making any additional charge. Your order will not be shipped until you have approved the revised shipping cost.
International Orders
We ship to many international destinations. Available shipping methods depend on the destination, package size, weight, and carrier availability.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
International transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or other delays outside of Cobra Performance's control.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges or delivery delays may apply.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, take photos of the merchandise, shipping box, packing materials, and any damaged or crushed components.
Please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved and contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Do not return damaged merchandise unless Cobra Performance instructs you to do so.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when otherwise approved by Cobra Performance.
Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that an order will be processed or shipped by a specific date. Expedited shipping applies only to the carrier service used after the order has been processed and is ready to ship.
