$25 MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Computed by the method you select at checkout. Items shipped include basic insurance. It is the customer's responsibility to select additional insurance. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Bulk orders, oversized, odd shaped and heavy items it may be necessary to make adjustments to the quoted shipping cost after checking out. Cobra Performance will communicate with the customer prior to any changes being made and will only ship out with customer approval of any changes.
OVERSEAS ORDERS:
We ship packages all over the world. Depending on your location and service you select your package will either go through the US Mail or UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, destination and quantity of packages. All customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee. Payment is to be in US funds. First Class international freight is available to select countries. This is not trackable beyond parcel leaving Cobra Performance and arriving to final destination, if lost First Class packages are not insured and is buyers' responsibility. Priority and Express US Mail and UPS are all fully trackable.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
All items leave our premises in good condition. If you receive a damaged item, please immediately take photos, please save all boxes, packing, and broken or crushed parts for the carrier to inspect after you file your claim. Please contact Cobra Performance Inc. and UPS or USPS within 2 days of receiving the damaged merchandise and place your claim. They will take the necessary steps to settle your claim. Do not return damaged parts to us.
RETURNS:
At the discretion of Cobra Performance Inc., a 20% restocking fee will be charged to customers on returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase with pre-authorization. Shipping fees will not be returned, return shipping is at the customer's expense. There is no restocking fee on exchanged merchandise. No exchanges will be accepted on items that are not returned in the same condition they left our premises. There will be no credit for shipping fees on exchanges, return shipping is at the customer's expense
