All products offered on CSXParts.com ("CSX Parts," "we," "us," or "our") are handcrafted and / or specified exclusively for use on original Shelby CSX Cobra vehicles manufactured between 1962 and 1967. These parts are not designed, tested, or warranted for use on replicas, kit cars, modern reproductions, continuation models, or any other vehicles. Use on non-original Cobras may result in improper fitment, performance issues, safety risks, or vehicle damage.
By purchasing or using any product from CSX Parts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Buyer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to verify compatibility with your specific original CSX Cobra vehicle, including but not limited to chassis number, engine type, and model year. We provide specifications based on historical data, but variations in original vehicles may occur. CSX Parts is not liable for any errors in compatibility assessment.
- Limitation of Liability: CSX Parts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use our products, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, loss of use, or economic loss. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. Racing or high-performance use involves inherent risks, and you assume all such risks.
- Installation and Inspection: We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified mechanic familiar with original Shelby CSX Cobras. Inspect all parts upon receipt and before installation for damage or defects. Any modification, alteration, or improper installation voids any limited warranty (if applicable) and assumes full responsibility on you.
